An amazing place to stay! Stayed one night, prior to climbing Mt. Tsubakuro. The room was spacious and the futon bed was very comfortable. Utilized the onsen both indoor and outdoor and was very impressed. The staff was very kind and when we left we felt as if we were leaving friends. The meals were very delicious as well as the beer! Beautiful old mountain hut with a nice team of people that are serious about preserving mountain landscapes.
