Stayed here two nights to see Hamanaka Town for Lupin III. The host Takeshi and wife were amazing and accommodating. Included in the lodging fee were the breakfast and dinner which were incredible. Their dog Umeboshi was the cutest too! I will be back again soon.

なかなかファンキーな店主がいる宿。 北海道の旅好きが高じて、浜中町で開業されたとのこと。 ３回ほど場所を移転されいるそうです。 食事はライダーハウスのようで、皆さんで一緒に食べる方式。 私は初めてだったので、なかなかルールもわからず夕食時間ギリギリに到着しましたが、 暖かく迎えいれていただいて皆さんでワイワイすることができました。 1人旅の人や、バイカーやチャリダーの方、クルマの旅の方もいました。 皆さん、ライダーハウス的な見ず知らずの旅人と話すことに慣れているので、 すぐに距離が縮まります。また店主も非常に話好きで面白い人です。 地元ならはの昆布の話やその昆布愛、以前まで飼育されていた豚の飼育の苦労などもなかなか興味深いものでした。1泊だけではもったいない気持ちもしました。 今年で開業40年を迎え、 残念ながら寿司は今年３月に引退されたとのこと。 でも下ろし立ての魚は最高に上手かったです🎵

道東ツーリングに行くたびに前を通り気になっていた宿 海鮮メインの食事が有名らしい 以前はカウンターでご主人がお寿司を握ってたらしいが今は刺身丼 ただこの刺身が新鮮な地ものでなんといっても分厚い 夕飯が終わったらそのままご主人を交えて飲み会に突入するタイプの宿 みなさん北海道大好きな常連さんばかりでした 朝食は魚頭を焼いたもの。ご主人が中のイクラを取り出した鮭らしい なんともご飯にあいます 私の部屋は相部屋でした。ベッドは6台くらいだったかと 霧多布岬から近く観光の拠点にもよい場所です
