If you want to go to Disneyland it’s a top-notch location. Firstly, the hotel right at the metro exit. Secondly, Disneyland is 2 stops by train from here (Maihama station). Thirdly, Lawson store is next to the hotel, very convenient. The surrounding area is quiet, clean and calm. The room was tooooo small for 2 thin people, but it had everything you needed, towels and bathrobes were being changed daily, we personally have chosen the hotel only for sleep, that’s why it was ok. No one at the reception speaks English, we tried to ask them to book tickets for us to Disneyland online with giving them cash in turn, as we didn’t have an opportunity to book online (card didn’t work), they invited a guy who was considered to understand English, he listened to us attentively and then disappeared somewhere, I was waiting for him at a lobby for 10 minutes and then went to the room with no feedback. He never appeared again before our departure. Take this fact into consideration). By the way, you can use disposable toothbrushes, combs, razors and so on for free, they are all on the stall at a lobby hall. Here you also can warm up your food. Breakfast is ok, you won’t leave the restaurant hungry. Overall, it’s a good place to stay in if the main purpose is...
Read moreBy principle, I can't give three stars to a place I wouldn't stay in again. This hotel was ok, but I remember getting off of the elevator and was shocked that the entire hallway smelled like smoke and there were little flies/gnats flying around. Luckily, the smell and flies/gnats did not spread into the room. The room itself was tiny and had two twin beds, which would've been fine except the floor seemed kind of dirty. I made sure to never stand on the floor with my bare feet or with socks on. The bathroom was clean though, and amenities were readily available in the lobby. Because of the affordable price, closeness to the train station (literally right outside the station), and 15 minute distance door to door to Tokyo Disneyland, it's a fair choice. But if you're not on a budget or solo traveling, I would recommend...
Read moreThe hotel had great, polite, and kind staff. The frontdesk was very accommodating, they were all able to help me regardless of my limited and broken Japanese. They're able to keep luggage before check in, which allowed my family to spend the day at disney. The check in and check out were a self-service but the staff there helped me out to start things off. The rooms themselves weren't big, but that was to be expected. The toilets and room were nice and clean, smelled great too. Amenities were provided in the lobby to take.
Overall a great experience, the breakfast wasn't bad, and the nearby station and Lawson was a great plus. The self-service felt nice. Not having to go through as much social interaction is amazing when you don't really understand the language. Would...
