Izu Campground Mobility Park — Hotel in Izunokuni

I think its an excellent camping facility with a variety of facilities for different needs. A lot of effort is put into maintaining the grounds and i can see they add new features to attract visitors. The only negatives would be the location is high up in the mountains so weather can be changeable and access requires mountain driving. Also the camp plots can feel a-little tight. Spent one night here in July with a camper van (price for three of us with van was around ¥8500). They have 8 camper spots available. The rest of the campsite is massive, especially for Japan. We walked around and saw many cabins and varying other buildings to stay in along with a lot of tent spots available. They have a nice on site onsen along with mountain bike rentals and a wading pool for kids. Definitely a nice campground and would have no problems...
