We booked two rooms early April for a family trip, first time in the region. Hotel is good value for money, breakfast is rich and offers good options. Just opposite the hotel there is a sushi restaurant were we had lunch one, it is very good as well. What makes the hotel unique is the manager Mr.Kawarazaki, who represent the maximum level of customer experience: he was helping us with all tourist needs, finding ATMs, organizing trip to local gree tea plantations and to shinkansen station. I used it at the halfway point of my trip.It was very close to the interchange, and convenience stores and restaurants were nearby, making it extremely convenient.
