Botanical Pool Club lives up to its name. Pools are the center of this resort in Chiba, about an hour outside of Tokyo. If you’re a local this has the feel of no longer being in Japan with adequate sized rooms, palm trees, several pools, saunas, whirlpool, doc run, and good food and drinks. Yet, it has the quality omotenashi service Japan is known for. It’s really a lively experience and the villas and upper floor rooms even have grills. The welcome was warm, the room was bright, clean and convenient with a wonderful view; the place is incredibly nice, the pools are beautiful and at the perfect temperature, the poolside bar serves delicious mojitos, the view from the infinity pool on the landscape and sea is breathtaking, the sauna and jacuzzi clean, large and convenient, the music perfectly fit our idea of lounge, the vibe is so cool, the scents in the air very pleasant and the food at the restaurant just so good. We loved our time there and really felt out of time for two days. Thank you so much to the whole BPC Team for such a great time. We shall...

I also inquired about the breakfast time and dinner place by myself and I also booked a pool house but no one explain to me. And there are no lifeguard at the pool , is quite dangerous.
The front desk and pool service staff need to...
