Mikasa Tennen Onsen Taikonoyu Sparesort Hotel Taiko Bettei Hatago — Hotel in Mikasa

This is another great hotel that I was lucky to visit, I’ve come to expect nothing less than a very level of service and value from hotels in Japan and Hotel Taiko is no exception, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the room was very neat, clean and tidy it was just right for my needs, there was huge supermarket within walking distance where I bought drinks and some snacks for dinner, when I got back I decided to visit the onsen and was truly impressed as it had a nostalgic feel about it, after about an hour I retired to my room where I enjoyed a few cold beers. The next morning, I was up and at the onsen at 6:30am where once again a relaxing bath which was then followed by a large delicious hearty breakfast, there was one tray that the ladies provided which was part of the dining package, it was salmon, assorted pickles and squid sashimi you could only get one serving of this but all the other choices that were on offer were an ”all you can eat” option, everything was delicious and plentiful.
