Fantastic camp ground close to a river in the middle of nature.

The facilities are great with 100 yen for 3 minutes hot showers, washing machines, firewood and BBQs for sale and rent.

There are a Variety of options from tent spaces to huts and arriving at night is lovely as there are lights strung up everywhere.

A very peaceful night albeit with some of the biggest spiders I have ever seen in Japan, same as a average Japanese womans hand span, turn the lights on in the toilet at night!

バイクでのソロキャンプで利用。2,200円。 ソロサイト、バイク乗り入れ可とされていたのでてっきり景色が良くないが隔離された地域かと思ったが、2,3mの小川を挟んだ離れのサイト。当然仕切りなどなく、複数人向けのサイトから丸見えかつ音もよく響く。 故にソロサイトでもソロ感は無い。 しかしトイレやシャワーは非常に清潔で、ソロサイトにも水道があり、自販機や売店も完備。

ご友人やご家族で初めてのキャンプをするなら利用料は多少かさむが胸を張ってお勧めできる快適なキャンプ場。整った設備に清潔な水回り、数多のアクティビティと幻想的なサイト。きっとかけがえのない思い出を作れることでしょう。

ソロキャンプをしたいならここはあまりお勧めしない。一泊の価値はあるが、年一が妥当な環境だろう。 以下、ソロ向けでない理由を書き連ねる。

・ファミリー勢から丸見え。 仕方のないことだが小さな小川を挟んで体感10mほどでほかのファミリーキャンパーがあれこれしているのが見えるし、逆に向こうもこちらが視界に入る。立てる音も双方しっかり聞こえている。あまり気持ちよくはないだろう。

・バイクは乗り入れ可だが橋まで。車は積み下ろし時のみ乗り入れ可 そもそもサイトの性質上車両一台がギリギリの道が続く。これはキャンプ場では常識だが、ソロサイトはそこからさらに数m徒歩で上る。これが選択した装備によってはネックになるかと。 私はバイクでサイトまで登ろうと無謀にチャレンジしてしまい危うくコケかけた。シートバッグを手持ちで上る程度なので苦痛ではないが足元が悪く策もないので注意されたし。

以上二点。ソロが好き、という方には特に一点目がネックに思える。 逆に言えばそこに目をつむればサイトは野営感のある自然をしっかり残しつつ管理されたいい土地で、多少凸凹があること以外不快感はない。 トイレやシャワーもキャンプ場とは思えないほど快適でストレスが無い。利用料が高めな分マナーが悪い利用者も少ない。
