Bad points
Check in time is very late and check out time is too early. We went on a bus tour and arrived at 8 am, we can put our stuff in the locker, but can't enter the room until 3PM, at 1pm I was already tired, but there wasn't any place to rest because everyone were tired and resting in the lobby, and still had to wait for two more hours to enter the room. Next day we had to check out at 10 AM, most places are at 11 or even 12, Again, no place to rest and the bus leaves after 3PM.
There's barely any place to practice for beginners, the tiny area where one can practice is almost flat, so you can't really feel safe trying in the mountain if you're just practicing in a nearly flat area.
In the school I paid for the beginner's lesson, I had never tried, yet I was treated like a child and made fun of for not being able to do it. I went there for fun, not because I wanted to be made feel useless. It wasn't a pleasant experience, so I wouldn't say it's beginner friendly.
The bus times are written in the entrance, which we didn't notice, so we asked for a paper to see the times, the paper is difficult to understand, especially if you're foreigner and can't understand kanji, so just look at the times at the entrance, we wish the staff just told us to look there. We thought there was a bus at 3:30, but that was the arriving time to the stop point and we missed the one at 3 pm.
Fortunately, one of the drivers helped us and made us the favor to take us to the bus stop or we could have lost the bus. We're really grateful to him.
Overall I guess it's a good place for young people who can already ski or snowboard and don't get tired. Not beginner or...

Stuff at grumping place were nice though they seem not to know anything about that. So I guess that it’s lack of hotel’s...
