HOTEL Biz INN — Hotel in Nakashibetsu

I love this hotel! It has nice modern interior which is really comfortable for me. This hotel feels like home, but away from home. I am especially impressed by the staff's warmth and smile. The place is really clean and smells nice, which is really good!

I stayed in the one bed - room.They have dedicated toilet to a room. Its very clean and comfortable to use. They have TV, Alarm clock inbuilt with the bed which is really neat and comes in handy. You can set alarms easily. The TV channels are quite limited and they are all in Japanese. To use more, I think you need to buy some cards. Never tried them, no time to watch TV)

I stayed there for work trip. This place is near Hotto Motto which is lunch bento sets which you can buy take out food for 390Yen onwards. This comes in really handy especially when you are tired and just want to rest after a long days work and you can buy lunch for the next day quickly. Hotto Motto is less than one minute walk away.

Convenience store is 2 minutes walk away. Restaurants are abundant here so there is no need to worry.

There is also delivery (Chinese and Italian Food) which the staff of the hotel helped me source out because sometimes I am too tired to go out and eat. I would normally order through the hotel counter and the English speaking staff will help me order. I will pay her the amount and there is no extra cost with ordering through the staff. Since my diet for meat stuff is only fish and seafood, the staff would even help me source out which menu suits my requirement. She even improvised and can help alter some menus (through some negotiations in Japanese) such that it can be changed to seafood or fish! Very helpful :D

For those who needs to cash out using Cirrus, there is a Post Office (again the staff helped me source out, 10 minutes walk away) which accepts Cirrus. Though the Hokkaido Bank is just beside, it does not accept Cirrus. The 7-11 Cirrus function was also not working when I tried. (15 minutes walk)

You can do your own laundry at 250Yen (That's the price of soap and machine, if you buy your own soap, then just use the machine at 100Yen). I tried the external Laundry Service which costs a bomb (2500Yen for 2 shirts, some under clothing and 1 pair of socks) . The laundry is self service, unless you are willing to pay.

Overall, this hotel feels homely. What impresses me is the staff's constant helpfulness to someone who doesn't speak much Japanese. They provided me with all information I needed and is very patient.

I would recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Nakashibetsu! It is 5-7 minutes drive away from the airport! I would say, this hotel is placed is a very strategic location. All amenities and basic needs are all within convenience reach. This would serve well people like me who works there for a while.

中標津バスターミナルから通常季なら徒歩5分弱。 駐車場も勿論完備ですし、周辺には多数の飲食店や居酒屋、弁当屋のほっともっと、コンビニ（セイコーマート）、隣は評判高いケーキ屋、更に真前の自転車屋ではレンタルサイクルも扱っているので、ビジネスから観光まで利便性抜群です。

ホテル自体は建物もまだ新しさを感じるしっかりした造りで、良い意味でのビジネスホテル。 価格的にもホテルの選択肢が多くはない中標津町において、都内等のしっかりしたレベルのビジネスホテルですからコスパは良いと感じます。

部屋は典型的なビジネスホテルですが清掃も問題なく、一人利用なら困る事はないと思います。 冷蔵庫は冷凍庫無しタイプ（ペルチェ式？）。 ケトルやパックのインストコーヒー有りますが、ミネラルウォーターは用意されていません。 バストイレも良くある三点式ユニットバス。 トイレはウォシュレット付き。 ホテルの一階には3〜5名サイズの共同浴場（温泉ではありません）があるので、狭さを感じる人はそちらを利用するのも有りかな。 一台ですがコインランドリーと乾燥機も有り（洗剤はカウンターで買えます）、飲料、アルコールの自販機、製氷器、電子レンジも設置されています。 レストランは朝食ビュッフェのみで、それ以外の時間はクローズされています。
