Camp Koganezaki — Hotel in Nishiizu

Excellent scenic campground - highly recommended

Very clean and well organized camp ground with: large parking lot scenic (basically private) beach good for snorkeling short walk to the cliff-face for the famous and scenic sunset view of the 'golden coast'....along with Fuji peeking out, if you're lucky -Few mosquitoes!! Surprisingly - maybe it was the breeze from the ocean? Indoor rooms with air conditioning available

On the minus side - if it's warm enough to go to the beach in Japan, it's way too hot in the night...so I walked over and slept on the beach instead.

Оскільки в нас з друзями не було машини, дуже зручно, що автобусна зупинка знаходиться в 10 хвилинній доступності. Ми мали змогу забронювати місце, в день приїзду, хоч і були свята, ми все одно змогли забронювати місце для палатки. Також ми купили вугілля за 600 йен на місці. Найближче конбіні знаходиться в 30 хвилинах пішки. В цілому все сподобалось, шкода, що погода погіршилась і нам довелось поїхати раніше ніж...

Excellent campsite with top notch views. It's a bit expensive, but unfortunately that seems to be par for the course...
