Contrary to the other negative reviews here, let me share an honest good review: Good points: Surrounded by nature. You can hear the sound of peace and insects. You can see the Milky way directly outside the window during summer months. Lady was very kind and called me 3 times just to confirm. Huge house of 3 floors, very spacious and luxurious, well maintained and clean and head a hammock and binoculars!! You can see the neighbouring islands from the 3rd floor. Bus stop nearby (Mabushi 間伏バス停) so you can use public transport to get here.

Bad points: A bit expensive for the price. We booked because there was nothing cheaper than this. The location is pretty isolated. Once you're here, you can't go anywhere at night if you don't have a car. No restaurants or grocery stores in the vicinity. Feels a bit creepy as insects attracted to the light keep smacking the window and...

Un endroit au calme et à la nature ! Oui ça change de Tokyo mais vraiment une petite oasis de paix. Je conseille de prendre un vélo électrique pour pouvoir se balader sans avoir besoin de prendre le bus ou un taxi (Motomachi à l'établissement 40min ) il y a aussi un plage de sable noir pas loin ! Les chambres sont propres comme tout le reste, si vous avez la flemme de sortir il y a aussi des soupe et bière qu'on peut payer sur place. La patronne ne parle pas anglais mais elle est très gentille, ne pas hésiter à lui pausé des questions avec le traducteur Google. On a quand même eu de petites surprises, il y a de belles araignées en colocation mais quoi du plus normal,...
