Omiyado — Hotel in Tomi

This was an absolutely wonderful place to spend a few days. It's been two years since I visited but I still have fond memories of my stay. The staff are so friendly and welcoming - it's better if you know Japanese but even if you don't they're so kind and quick to help and communicate as best they can. The food is delicious, definitely worth it. You also get the chance to help out in the kitchen and learn more about the ingredients, it's very fun!!! The owner was so kind to offer me a ride to the grocery store with him and also took me to a local onsen (it was beautiful!!!). Every day was so enjoyable and relaxing.
