شقق اللجام، lijam apartments — Hotel in Amman

We are family of 5 and stayed there only one night. This 3 bedroom apartment was great for our big family. Two washrooms, laundry machine. Every room had own air conditioner and heater (with was great, since nights in March are very cold). That was presto much all that was good about it. Now bad things: 1. Impossible to find - our driver spend almost 30 min driving round with GPS and even after calling the owner still had a hard time finding it. 2. The is no reception - you have to call the owner ones you are at the door, so someone can open the door for you. 3. They don't take credit card - cash only. 4. They actually want to keep your passport as a collateral/security- probably just in case you want to take their TV and laundry machine with you on the way out. There is no way on earth I will give my passport to anyone to keep for...

This is a brand new hotel located in a quiet area of Amaan. In fact we were the first people to stay on our room. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is very clean and modern. Beds are very comfortable with good AC and TV. With shops just downstairs it makes a great place to stay for both business and family. Staff like Adan and his staff in the kitchen make the stay worth while. Only downside was when we checked out they tried charging us for the towels. After a shower water was leaking out so we put the towel on the floor. Even the staff member said this was fine. I guess housekeeping had other ideas. Would I stay again, yes...

Was put in a room with both bathrooms leaking and when they fixed the issue within a hour the leaks were back so we were moved to another room and it was the same issue plus the refrigerator was as not working and we had to throw everything away I do not recommend this place it will ruin...
