Where do I even begin with this nightmare of a hotel? From the moment we stepped in, it was a cascade of disappointment and utter incompetence. If you value cleanliness, comfort, and basic human decency, do yourselves a favor and book literally anywhere else. Let's start with the "cleanliness," or complete lack thereof. Our room was a biohazard zone. Every single AC unit in our supposed "family" room was dripping, creating disgusting puddles and a pervasive, damp smell. It was like living in a leaky cave! And don't even get me started on the bathroom – a broken toilet that barely flushed was just the cherry on top of an already unsanitary mess. It's beyond me how any establishment can claim to be a hotel when basic sanitation is non-existent. The staff's response to these egregious issues was even more infuriating. We were promised "maybe" a room change for myself and my kids countless times, with nothing but empty words and zero follow-through. It was a cruel game of false hope, leaving us and our children stuck in an unbearable environment. Their "customer service" is a masterclass in deflection and indifference. And the "food"? Unhealthy, low-quality, and frankly, stomach-churning. The breakfast was a pathetic spread of unidentifiable slop, clearly designed to cut every possible corner. As for the beds – unless you enjoy sleeping on rocks with scratchy, threadbare covers that barely reach your chin, you're in for a rude awakening. "Uncomfortable" doesn't even begin to cover it. We left more exhausted than when we arrived. I am utterly baffled as to how this establishment managed to secure a 4-star classification. It's a complete joke and an insult to legitimate hotels. Where are the government regulatory bodies? How can they allow such a deplorable place to operate under such a misleading facade? This hotel deserves to be stripped of every single star and reclassified as less than a one-star dump. Do NOT waste your money, your time, or your sanity on this place. We booked at this hotel saw on Booking.com as a Four Star with 2 interconnected rooms for 2 Adults and 3 Children including breakfast in the room rate. First of all it is not a 4 Star hotel at all. We booked 2 non-smoking rooms but they could not provide with that facility. The breakfast is not to the standard of a 4 star hotel. This is because the food was unhygienic as the staff kept picking food from the buffet with their own hands. The choice was very limited as it was same choice every day. The room cleaning service was very bad. The rooms was very small. They kept promising us they will provide non smoking rooms but in the end they couldn’t. So we were bound to check out Early as they could not deliver their promises. We booked a free cancellation but they did not give our refund for the night we did not stay. I will not recommend anyone to stay...
