I gave it a one star but it doesn’t deserve that. First of all when we came here we were forced into a bigger room because they said only 2 per room. Ok I understand that is there rules. We had food with us and they fought us about the food for them it is better to throw it away then let us eat. They don’t allow you to have any water and force you to buy from them or u don’t have water. That’s the entrance experience. When we got to the room the beds had big stains on all the beds. They don’t change the sheets between guest and the sheets and blankets had stains on it. Look like dried up blood. We called the front desk to have some come and clean and they brought us blankets without changing the sheets. And left the old dirty sheets didn’t bother taking it with him. The blankets came in a bag and when we opened the blanket it was wet and had a bad odour. I went to the front desk and showed them but they did care really. The next day no one showed to clean the room after being promised someone would come and clean. At night we were hungry and ordered from there Resturant only to receive a completely wrong order. Called them again and told them it was wrong and they wanted to correct there mistake by charging us more for there mistake. I have stayed at hotels around the world I worked in the hotel business for over 15 years. The service here is disgusting the food is non edible. The rooms are absolutely disgusting. They don’t understand the meaning of customer service it is upsetting because I have stayed here before but something has changed and this hotel fell to the ground. Also this is my honeymoon and instead of having a good time I am dealing with there bull. Trust me save yourself time and money and go somewhere where they treat you like a human. This has been my experience and I still have 1...

I expected better attention. For the amount I paid.||It is true that I took a chalet, but unfortunately the bathroom was very poor, smelled, and the bathroom accessories were so consumed that some of them leaks water. consequantly whoever enters the bathroom spreads water all over the chalet. ||||also the Mosquitoes was too much, and the grille on the balcony doors was torn. The facilities for the guest from soap, shampoo and other consumables were very little,||||and if you request more , the answer always that we are out of stock (Why do you require large sums in exchange for incomplete service?). ||||Breakfast is a nice, air-conditioned hall, but the breakfast ingredients are mostly quality one or two star hotels.||The swimming pools were not all running.||The sea is full of bottles and also marine creatures like Abu Hailman, so there was a fear of swimming with complete freedom.||||Other than that, my children tried to take a diving hour and it was at twice the price of the stores outside the hotel, however, when the matter was done and they dived, one of the youths hovered over the group with a water jet ski and was reviewing in a way that exposed everyone to danger while I needed Someone got out of the water, and we tried to get help from someone, but it was useless.||||Unfortunately an unfortunate experience, and I would not advise anyone...

The location in Tala bay is amazing.. Farely Clean, friendly staff and quiet area. Chalets are spacious with two bedrooms,kitchenette and seating area..and all have pool and sea view which is amazing.. Chalets have stairs no elevator to the second floor.. Yet the view from there is worth it. Visa is excepted here in hotel and resturant.. Internal rooms are well designed..teraces are specious..However rooms lacks maintenence especially electrical appliances (Water kettle, spot lights.. Curtains.. Terrace doors.. Etc.) Bathroom needs more attention in terms of maintenance and smell if its not manually ventilated Swimming pool ranges betwen 50cm to 150cm..but not heated Access to sea is narrow yet the view and design is amazing..but beach lacks cleaning.. Alot of stones and trash.. and alot of maintenamce was going on during our stay.. Playing area for kids open until midnight.. Availability to rent fast boats.. Jetski and diving.. Restaurant has limited menu for lunch and dinner.. And make sure to go early for breakfast during weekends 😉 menu prices are reasonable and taste is good if you dont have an option..😁 Staff are very nice and helpful but need more attention to room service Value of money is reasonable amd in general for large family.. With kids and moderate budget this will be one of...
