Total disappointment, photos dump online is deceiving; all they look forward to is collecting money for every activity & utterly lack hosting and communication skills. We clearly told that we need to have lunch before going to the camp from the parking & were assured food was present there. On arrival, 15JD - 1 hour, only cheese sandwich or after 8PM only....No AC in the hot summer, in short, we were like being forced to take a tour despite telling that we were exhausted after doing Petra & drive down to Wadi Rum & no lunch. They got a saying - 'no pay, no happy'. Seriously, these jokers thought that we travel all the way to not spend when we just need to be respected & hosted well.||Sum it - we paid & hosted our own kidnap. They literally allowed us to check out only on payment. Pls avoid....there are a lot lot...

We spend two nights and days at Martian Desert camp at the end of December. Our stay was great. We had a bungalow with private bathroom which was very good choice. As we were with two young children we were offered additional heater. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a plenty of food and it was very good. We especially enjoyed rice with dried fruit and traditional dish made underground. Common room is very pleasant place, with heater, board games, musical instruments etc. and free tea for the entire day. Common bathrooms and toilets are also very comfortable and clean. We did 1 hour camel tour and half day jeep tour. We enjoyed both very much. No internet and very poor cell phone signal – but for us it was the advantage. We truly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have great time at...

It's a recommended place if you are looking for a true Bedouin experience in the desert. The camp is very simple, and clean. It's located in the protected area in the middle of the desert, there are tents that includes a private bathroom and others that have a shared restroom for the whole camp. It's surrounded by a very nice mountain and you can view a series of mountains around. If you are looking to disconnect from the outside world it's suitable as there is no network connection. You can coordinate with the camp managers to pick you up from the visitors center and you can go to it directly if you have a suitable car for the desert and special driving skills. They can also arrange tours inside the desert for an agreed price. The staff are locals who will enrich your knowledge in the Bedouin lifestyle.

A relaxed, no frills camp with incredibly friendly and helpful staff in a more traditional Bedouin style (as opposed to many of the new, high end space camps that are popping up). Excellent food and a really great location away from the lights of the town and other camps. If you're feeling adventurous, climb the mountain that hovers over the camp for amazing views especially at sunset. Been going to this location for years and never disappointed. You won't be either. For the animal lovers out there, there is even two amazing fur friends (one cat, one dog) to help you relax and enjoy the campfire.

We stayed in Martian for 2 days. Clean, and neat rooms. The shared restrooms are very clean too. You have more than one option for great views around the camp. Fresh and good food, you have more than one corner to sit and chill, the people there are great; Ahmad, Abdullah, and Khaled, thank you.
