pros: 3 interesting water sliders I enjoyed . however one of them is under maintenance. the place is totally gender isolated. females are prohibited to share swimming pools with males.anyway, they have their own swimming pool with total privacy. a spacious lagoon. a swimming pool for men and another for kids. staff is really kind. the ambiance is excellent. weather in summer (August) is acceptable avoiding noon. breeze is coming cool in shade. most guests are of good manners maybe coz it is costy for locals. cons: bathroom is smelly. rooms are not that clean. sun block is necessary. facilities are not clean in general. you need to be careful about that. you can have a night stay with breakfast and dinner for about $160 in summer (not season). however, lunch costs about $40 per PEX which is really costy. Really bad experience!!! I booked 2 rooms we were 2 guys 2 girls so we booked 2 separate rooms but connected to each other so when we got there they have told us that the room wasn't ready and we can take a suit the lady's we were with didn't like that so I went down to the reception and told them that what you guys gave me wasn't what I wanted anyway after talking to them they gave me the room I have originally booked went to my room we started the tv on and there was no sound to the t.v. so wet down to the reception again told the the issue I'm facing so the sent the first tech couldn't diagnose the problem so they called the electric engineer same thing didn't know what the issue was and left the room , to come back to know that it wasn't fixed I spent a good a mount of money over all not worth it bad service I'm never coming back here I...

Lagoon Hotel & Resort is Lower than one star ..... I spent 2 days and one night and it was horrible...

They blocked me from there main page because I wrote this and because I asked for a refund..... I can't explain more how disgusting this place is....

1.The extra lunch food is presented during dinner time. 2.The price of a seven up can is 2 JOD!! The the of water is 2 .06 JOD! 4.Swimming pools are not clean and they are full of chlorine that made my eyes read and full of tears till midnight. Rooms are dusty. 6.I woke up and found a cockroach between my clothes.....

I am wondering where it was while we were sleeping.....

Besides, if the rooms are full of insects .... what about the kitchen?
