Pyramid chalets — Hotel in Balqa

Definitely not a 5 star stay. The place wasn’t clean, the mattress covers had hair, and the sheets were dusty. The bed cover looked like it hadn’t been washed in a long time. There were no basic cleaning items at all, no hand soap, sponge, or wipes. We had to bring everything ourselves: hand soap, Dettol, dish cleaner, and wipes for the floor and tables. The house is much smaller than expected, and the videos don’t show the layout clearly, there are no proper pictures or videos to explain how the house is divided. Honestly, I hated everything about the inside. One room had a very weird bathroom with no way to cover it, you can see it directly from the bedroom!
