From the moment we arrived at Jordan Castle Resort, we were treated like royalty. This place is more than just a hotel it’s an experience. The staff went above and beyond in every way imaginable to make our stay exceptional. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly blew us away.

The property itself is stunning a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and charm. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully decorated, with breathtaking views that made every morning feel like a dream.

What really stood out was the genuine warmth and hospitality. The proactive care, security and privacy. The team we have encountered (Seif) made us feel welcome and valued, as if we were part of the family. Specially with the surprise of sending a home made lunch treat - which was delicious to say the least.

A Perfect Escape with a View! We recently stayed at Jordan Castle Resort and absolutely loved it! The view overlooking the mountains is simply breathtaking — the scenery is outstanding and truly peaceful. The infinity pool with the mountain backdrop is spot on and made for some unforgettable moments.

The villa itself was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It even has a jacuzzi, which we didn’t get the chance to try this time, but I’m already looking forward to using it on our next visit!

As a parent of two young kids (8 and 1 years old), I really appreciated how safe and family-friendly the environment felt. I felt confident and relaxed the entire time, which is so important when traveling with little ones. One more thing the hospitality is one of a kind..

A 5-star review is not fair enough. The place is simply amazing! Great location, very close to Irbid, not so far from Amman and worth the trip. The view is breathtaking and can be enjoyed by the infinity pool or inside from the panoramic glass doors. The jacuzzi on the rooftop is spacious and warm. Inside the luxurious castle: probably everything you might need and not need for a short stay is there, way better amenities than a 5*hotel everything is within a few steps, and the privacy and calm are for the win. Everything is thought of. The furniture is nice and modern and the wooden touches are very warm and wonderful. The host went far and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us.
