Gostinitsa Tau-Shelek — Hotel in Almaty Region

This is place for stay without requirement. I stay there for only 1 night. The room only have 2 beds and a small table. Without TV and telephone. Bathroom without bath tube and bath curtain. Toilet cover is broken. They provide hot water by storage water heater which shared by 3 rooms. Hot water is insufficient for 3 rooms useage at the same time.Water supply was stop between before mid night and 06:30 am. They provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dinner portion is very small. The breakfast only have 2 pan fry eggs and oatmeal. Lunch are salad and priwd rice with only 3-4 small pieces of.lamb meat. But to my surprise, dinner is good. Main dish is potato with chicken. Two kinds of salad which are yummy. But there is a good place to watch...

We reached around closing time, however they offered to prepare some food for us. We requested vegetarian dishes and we were served 6-7 dishes on the spot, all very delicious, at very good price. We decided to come back the next day to try their sauna and stay for dinner which was again a pleasant experience. We had 2 types of salad and chicken shashlik.
