Booked 2 Rooms for a group of 5 travelers transiting in Almaty airport calling directly to the hotel receptionist . The airport is around 8 minutes so it was a good option for us. Arrived at 2 AM and was told that they gave one of the rooms away. They tried to help by giving us an additional futon bed, and it was too late to change Hotels, so we decided to stay. ночевала между перелетами. Из плюсов: гибкий администратор, более менее чисто, вайфай неплохой. Из минусов: телевизор не работает, воды горячей утром я так и не дождалась, хотя сливала минут 5, нет лифта, с чемоданом сложно. И всю ночь мне не давали спать комары, всю искусали, хотя окна были закрыты, видимо, где-то дыры, с таким же успехом я могла бы спать в аэропорту, честно говоря, и точно также плохо провела бы ночь. Сам отель доверия не внушает, внешне. Стоит Между заправкой и строй мусором. Запах старости и будто в помещениях раньше сильно курили. В общем, не рекомендую. За 30 евро в Алматы можно найти что-то...
