UNACCEPTABLE PRIVACY VIOLATION AND POOR SERVICE EXPERIENCE

Our stay at this hotel was a major disappointment, culminating in a serious violation of our privacy. AT 23:30, A STAFF MEMBER ENTERED OUR ROOM WITHOUT PERMISSION WHILE WE WERE IN AN INTIMATE MOMENT AND UNDRESSED. This intrusion is not only a violation of basic guest rights but also completely unacceptable by any hotel standard. Despite having informed another receptionist earlier in the day that we were extending our stay, the staff failed to take payment during the many times we passed reception. Instead, they decided to disturb us late at night. This situation could have easily been avoided with better communication and management.

This was not the first time poor communication caused issues during our stay. We were previously asked twice to pay for our stay, as the receptionist did not update the system after we paid for an additional four nights. THEY EVEN REQUIRED US TO SHOW BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENTS TO PROVE PAYMENT BECAUSE OF THEIR INABILITY TO TRACK THIS IN THEIR DISORGANIZED SYSTEM.

The problems did not end there:

NO ROOM CLEANING SERVICE was provided at all, despite multiple requests for fresh towels, sheets, and trash removal. After waiting for 9 hours, we were still ignored, and no one attended to these basic needs. In general there was no cleaning service for whole 5 days of our stay despite the fact that we asked for it and were promised it will be arranged.

The so-called “BREAKFAST INCLUDED” was nothing short of a disaster. Every day, breakfast was served late, and the only option was eggs, which they couldn’t even manage to cook properly. Without fail, the egg whites were always uncooked and runny—completely inedible. Despite this being the only option available. To make matters worse, there was NO COFFEE, and WATER WAS EXTRA PAID, even though this was not communicated upfront. To add insult to injury, they would place pastries on the buffet along with cheese and a poor-quality salami, only to inform you AFTER you’ve taken the pastry that it is ALSO EXTRA PAID. The absurdity didn't end there. When we finally went to settle the bill for the extra water at breakfast, they refused to accept card payments. Worse still, they had no change and requested that we go out and look for smaller bills and return to pay them. This was not only inconvenient but also disrespectful, especially since they never informed us that normal still water, something you’d expect to be included in a breakfast, was an additional cost.

Communication was a huge issue. Most of the staff made no effort to communicate with us or use translation tools, except for one lady receptionist who tried to assist us and basically she was the only sane person working here.

To make matters worse, the room we were given had a designated smoking area located directly in front of our window. This meant that every time someone was out smoking, we had no choice but to deal with the smoke wafting into our room. Opening the window was our only option for airflow since there was NO A/C and the only alternative was a broken, shady air purifier that was practically

Lastly, there is NO LAUNDRY SERVICE, which is a huge issue if you’re staying for an extended period. We asked about the possibility of paying for laundry, but they offered no such option, leaving us to wash our clothes in the shower. And also the receptionist who violated our privacy told us misleading information that it is available even when in reality is not.

Overall, this stay was filled with frustration and disappointment. From the unacceptable privacy violation to the poor management and substandard service, we cannot recommend this hotel. If you are looking for a professional and welcoming experience, you might want to...

UNPROFESSIONAL AND INVASIVE – AVOID THIS HOTEL

Our stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. A staff member barged into our room at 23:30 without permission while we were undressed and making love, despite us already confirming an extended stay earlier that day. This privacy violation was completely unacceptable and could have easily been avoided with better communication.

The hotel’s management was chaotic, asking us to pay twice because they didn’t update their system. We even had to show our bank statements to prove we had already paid, which was absurd and unprofessional.

No room cleaning service was provided at all during our five-day stay, even after multiple requests for fresh towels and trash removal. We were ignored the entire time.

The included breakfast was a joke—eggs were always undercooked and there was no coffee. Worse, water was charged extra, which we only found out after taking it. They even put out pastries and then told us they were extra paid after we helped ourselves. To top it off, they refused card payments and made us find change to pay for these hidden charges because they had no cash either to handle the payments. Totally inconvenient and unprofessional for a "breakfast included" matter.

Communication was a nightmare, with most staff not bothering to help or use translation tools. Only one receptionist actually tried to assist us and she was only sane and caring person there.

There’s no A/C in the rooms, and the smoking area was right outside our window, forcing us to deal with smoke whenever we opened the window for fresh air.

No laundry service was available, even though we were told it was, leaving us to wash our clothes in the bathroom as there is not such service around either.

The WiFi shuts off after midnight, making it impossible to work or stay connected if you need reliable internet. Also during the day is not working to handle online jobs so be aware if you rely on wifi for your business.

In short, this hotel was a complete failure in every aspect. IF YOU WANT A DECENT STAY WITH BASIC SERVICES, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. And this all is making me super sad as you can see that someone put a lot of effort to make this place look modern and up to date with universal hospitality standards, but service and management is living under the rock and has no basis hospitality knowledge...

Для Жаркента, место отличное, бронировал через Букинг. Плюсы: Отличное разделение номеров. Телевизор в отдельной комнате, интернет. Два отдельных балкона. Кондиционер. Отличная сантехника. Горячая вода. Упругая кровать. Плотная подушка. Тяжёлое одеяло. Делают документы, счёты и акты. Запрещено курить. Центр, все рядом.

Минусы: 1.Ограниченная парковка, возможно придется парковаться чуть дальше от гостиницы. Гуляет много молодежи. В столовой комнате мало столиков. В ванной комнате отсутствует автоматическая отдушина и шторка. Отсутствует холодильник. Отсутствует бутылочка минеральной воды, пару пакетиков чая, кофе и салфетки. Тапочки темного цвета и плохого качества, нужно исправить на белые, чтобы с полом не сливались. Отсутствует в комнате лопатка для обуви. Отлично слышно как работает пылесос в соседних номерах и на разных уровнях уборщицы, и многие другие звуки).

Касательно интерьерных решений пое мнение. Раковину надо было поставить обычную, решение сделать из плитки кажется новым. По факту углы грубые, слив воды медленный, края нужно было сделать тоньше или уже, от детям маленького роста тяжело будет дотянуться. Раковина хрупкая, время покажет. Унитаз подвесной, уже есть люфт. Надо было поставить обычный (литой слив и бачок) на пол, так как посетители могут быть очень тяжёлыми. Ванна прошлый век, в будущем рекомендую сделать душевую, из плитки, в интернете есть простые решения. Так как в основном люди приходят спать, кондиционер надо было вешать в комнате отдыха. Окно открывать не хочется так с улица много шума, визгов машин и молодежи.
