Villa Mudzini — Hotel in Bamburi ward

I am very particular about accommodation, and this villa exceeded all my expectations. The attention to detail is evident everywhere, from the quality of the linens to the tasteful coastal decor. The property was immaculately clean upon arrival. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was a welcome relief from the Mombasa heat, and the water pressure in the showers was excellent. Worst experience ever! Not worth the stress!

Patricia is the lady who I spoke to. My booking was confirmed online via bookings.com. She has also listed the property on Airbnb. She told that there was no reservation yet the site clearly stated that everything was confirmed. I even have the confirmation code.

Afterwards, I tried to call her to resolve my payment on hold, she blocked my number.

It’s a scam and poor customer service! Honestly they do not even deserve a star rating. Please don’t fall...

The place was beautiful. So clean and well furnished. I loved the little library and the fact that even a baby cot was provided! There was lovely breakfast ready for us everyday and the staff was all female and amazing😊 The only downsides was the lack of mosquito nets (they provided this when I asked for one, though) and the distance from the airport.
