Galorè Luxury Resorts — Hotel in City of Kisumu

We never experienced the food. (Informed it will take 20-30 mins. We got there and ordered food immediately. 3 hours later we hadn't been served. Kids were hungry and tired from playing at the pool and other engagements.

The service was the most terrible thing we experienced. Wouldn't recommend because of the service but the experience is great especially for kids.

Pool was over crowded but the kids loved it.

We had to leave and look for food elsewhere. Ended up at a local just to get food.

1.) The swimming pool is not as clean as it should be 2.) The changing rooms are open , there's no privacy 3.) The play area especially the aqua park theme area is full of scam and a hazard to kids. 4.) Why do you have menus yet almost everything we ordered for especially drinks are non existent. 5) we ordered a dry fried chicken instead we got deep fried chicked, with funny looking onions that seemed to have been thrown carelessly around. 6.)
