Mountain Breeze Hotel — Hotel in Embu

Where do i start? This is a relatively new hotel in Embu so we decided to try it out .Do not believe the hype from the locals,there was so much going on there that night ,parties and gatherings and meetings we were sure that we'd made the right choice.Checked in to the rooms and realised it was a cry for HELP.I mean for the amount you pay for this place they could do better.Cheap Chinese everything, the finish, sinks, ceiling ,towels look like they used to be white but are on there way to turning brown.Do you guys know a person called an Interior Desighner?kindly consult one, your rooms are so clumsy everything just looks out of place.At some point were woken up by a wet bed,Yes the roof was leaking God knows if it was from the toilet above us or the bathroom! Imagine the horror at first i though i was dreaming!! And to make matters worse they do not have intercom telephones in the room so you have to google and call from the website.The guy at the reception said they would send someone after we had checked out .smh.Long story short KEEP OFF! spend your money elsewhere my friends ,this was a total case of...

Wow, fantastic staff, nice meals, spacious rooms for meetings, very good swimming pool. This is a very good place for holding trainings especially inform of seminars and conferences. They have very nice interior and exterior decor which is very attractive and conducive for learning and relaxation. The meals offered are normally inform of buffet. This includes teas, lunches and supper. In addition, for those that would like to refreshen themselves with drinks of all types, all choices are available. In addition, there is a very good swimming pool that is spacious enough to accommodate several swimmers at the same time with a provision for children section. Rooms are very poorly furnished. There is mould on the wall and ceiling. TV not working. Wifi initially did not work although the staff were helpful and put a router in my room. There is a glass panel over the door letting in light so hard to get to sleep. MAtress has no cover. Great big green letters all over sheets and pillow cases. evening meal really poor quality. Fish and potatoes very dry, vegetables raw. No tatare sauce and waitress disappeared for a long time so I couldn't ask for it.
