Kolol Riverside Resort — Hotel in Kapsoya ward

The place has very poor service and reception. There are no waiters/waitresses in sight, and once you place your order it takes 3 whole hours to be served, and poor quality food at that💔its disappointing. Ruined my holiday completely. Nyama choma is roasted in the oven or something then just heated on coal,,comes out black and uncooked. The food once placed on the table then you need to go find yourself water to wash your hands from within the compound. The waitress even had forgotten about our order,,then u have to keep going to look for her,,I mean..💁‍♀️we just left the 'nyama choma' on the table and left. I have never seen such poor service and management before. Never...

Kolol Riverside Resot is a cool, relaxing resort just a few minutes from Eldoret Town. The location is so serene and relaxing with a cool breeze and a nice atmosphere. It's one resort that has tree houses where you can chill, have fun with friends and family, and enjoy your food while having an amazing view of the river flowing by. The food here is nice but not the best. The wait time is kinda long, so you'll really have to be patient. Nice family resort, but if you want good and well prepared food, this is not the place. I ended up with diarea and stomach flu because of insufficient cooked chicken. Have been here after that, but always brought my own food because of this. Ordered bbq chicken and they served halfboiled chicken an hour later!! Don't recommend the food here,...
