Ā Ā Ā Read moreI loved the place. I have not been to many places that offer such ambience. Be it on a date or with friends or even with your family (+kids), the place will suit you. It is an ideal getaway from Nairobi (well I reside in Kiambu county).....an ideal getaway from areas far from Isinya. I would recommend Fred's ranch anytime.
I only have one problem, well not a problem but something I thought they can work on. Ā Ā Ā Read moreAs an outdoor enthusiast, I was drawn to this serene spot for its picturesque sitting areas and captivating views of the surroundings. The ambiance truly deserves applauseāperfect for a peaceful retreat or a casual gathering.
However, my experience was somewhat marred by inconsistent customer service, which left much to be desired. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not attentive enough to guests' needs, leading to a disappointing dining experience.
Speaking of dining, while the menu boasts enticing options, the portion sizes were quite underwhelming, leaving me craving more after finishing my meal. It's an area that definitely needs improvement to match the quality and charm of the space.
In summary, this place is a gem for outdoor relaxation, but improvements in customer service and food portions would elevate the overall experience...
