They are good at welcoming you and getting you seated, (we sat near the swings so we could keep an eye on the children playing) we were then left alone for 45 minutes we had to go and call someone for service. our drinks arrived 30 minutes later (nothing complicated just sodas and hot chocolate) and our miserable food came shortly after. The chips some were raw (the kids never want to come back again), the kids were 3 they broght food for two and the 3rd kid had to wait longer for their order which came incomplete as the sausages were less but they did not communicate that they were out of sausages! ..... we could not order 1/4 chicken we were forced to order 1/2 chicken (over priced at 1,000) which was a piece that had lived in the freezer, not well defrosted , deep fried and burnt and hard.) Note: kuku choma is supposed to be juicy..succulent and most importantly, FRESH. we were not happy because we were unsure if they were cooking for humans or vultures. We asked for the manager we were told they (he/she ) weren't in, we asked for the owners number we were told by the waitress she doesn't know it, she then apologised and cited that the restaurant had a new cook. SERIOUSLY??!!! Next time we would rather eat elsehwere, there is Smith Hotel and Assyana nearby anyways. Continue quickly ushering in guests getting them seated and having them leave there swearing to never set foot there again. The place has alot of potential but if the food and service is bad whats the point of just putting people...
