Kambua Resort — Hotel in Kibwezi

I just happened to find myself there and I don't know why this place isn't popular. The location is sweet, very serene , quiet, cool, trees all over, if you want a Me time, this place won't disappoint at all, very pocket friendly though they need a gym, this would be a very big plus. Just try and pop in and find out for yourself, but if you love noise, this is not for you I was back here and I went to the bar. It's awesome, the bandas, the serenity, in the night, there's a camp fire, or small jikos for warmth in the bandas, very nice music in the background and a projector Incase you want to watch football or news. It's a very nice place. There's a section for children to play. The food is awesome too and conveniently convenient price. No need of going to have a headache in other places when you can have all the privacy...

This place is fantastic for it's location. It has relatively spacious rooms, with a secure parking. Breakfast is served from 7am to 10 am.

Their is no room service for those who like breakfast in bed. This may be because of the heavy breakfast they serve. This consists of a big bowl of sour porridge after a few pieces of assorted fruits. Before you clear with the porridge, you are served a sausage to go with two pieces of bread, crunched if you like. For the eggs, you'll decide on how you want them served, from the Spanish Omelette to the boiled. This you can top up with a cup of tea, coffee, or any other choice within their wide menu.

The staff are quite as friendly as their prices. Nice place for a family getaway. For the lovers of alcohol, this isn't your place.

The deluxe cottage was comfy. I had booked the new business cottages but opted to move to the deluxe cottage which was more comfortable for me.

I hope they will redecorate in the future. There's too much furniture - a large table, chair, a chaise and a huge bed. This makes the room too crowded with absolutely no room to move around.

Please add an anti slip mat and a door rug in the bathroom.

Although it was the new year's eve, the staff were helpful and professional.

There's ample parking and security officers.

The food is alright. The portions were good.

The television channel is controlled from the reception I think therefore you are stuck with...
