Lenamo Springs Hotel — Hotel in Kilgoris central ward

I rarely leave reviews , but I feel obligated to warn anyone considering Lenamo Springs Hotel: don’t do it. I wish I had read something like this before booking. This place is honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and that’s saying something.

Let’s start with the accommodation – the rooms are incredibly run-down. The paint is literally peeling off the walls, the furniture is old, scratched up, and looks like it hasn’t been replaced in decades. The infrastructure is falling apart, the lighting is so dim it feels like you're in a horror movie, and the only toiletries provided are a single bar of soap. No shampoo, no conditioner, nothing. And that soap? You can literally buy it at the local village shops for 20 bob. Zero effort is being made.

The balcony is just as bad—cracked floors, rusted railings, rusty walls and a general feeling of being unsafe. There’s no view to speak of, unless you count looking at weeds and neglected buildings. And villages

The TV is so blurry you can’t even make out faces – if you’re thinking of relaxing with some entertainment, forget it. And the Wi-Fi? Completely unreliable. Sometimes it doesn’t even work at all. You’ll get better connection standing outside with your mobile data.

The showers are horrible – , almost no pressure, and outdated tiles and rusty outdated door . It felt more like a punishment than a refresh. Food? Absolutely terrible. Tasteless, carelessly made, and at times served cold. You’re honestly better off cooking your own food or buying something from outside.

Facilities are nearly nonexistent. Everything looks neglected, broken, and forgotten. The parking lot is just dirt and stones—no tarmac at all—and full of potholes and scattered trash. It doesn’t even feel safe to leave your car there overnight.

And don’t be fooled by the photos online—they’re nothing but lies. What’s advertised looks nothing like what you’ll find in reality. It’s deceptive and completely dishonest.

There is no sense of hospitality, no care for guests, and absolutely no value for your money. Lenamo Springs Hotel is a joke—and not a funny one. If you're considering staying here, don’t. Keep driving. Sleep in your car. Stay anywhere else. It would still be a cleaner, safer, and more decent...
