Greenpark Sundowner hotel — Hotel in Kinanie ward

I am a very disappointed customer.I drove with my family to sundowner,greenpark on the new years day, hoping to have an amazing expererience there but shock on us.We got there around 1300hrs and did not find so many customers at the time (poolside) hence expected the staff/waiters to come and take our orders.None of them showed up whatsoever for more than 25 minutes.Eventually the one who came told us that we could not order our preference dishes because the manager had instructed them that customers had to have buffet meals ONLY up until 1630hrs-(YOU CANNOT FORCE CUSTOMERS TO TAKE WHAT THEY DO NOT WANT).We requested to be called for the manager and instead the Ass.manager is the one who came.We tried to explain our needs and preferences and he ignorantly told us the same info as the waiter despite the fact that we tried to explain that we had driven from far.Disappointed as we were we decided to leave the place and look for a better place where customers needs are taken care of.A few kilometers drive from there we got to Maanzoni Lodge.My goodness,I am glad Sundowner disappointed us because we could never have known about Maanzoni Lodge.An amazing, splendid and beautiful place indeed with customer friendly staff who actually knows how to take good care of their customers.We actually found the place fully parked with cars.I could go there every weekend with my entire family. A pleasant establishment tucked away in the beauty of Greenpark Estate.

I booked a team of international guests into a beautiful Greenpark Sundowner villa. The beauty of the villa is all there was. We did not enjoy the service at the house. The water wasn't running as it should have, even in the toilets. There wasn't a heating kettle for guests to fix their own coffee. In the words of the one guest, "It felt like the bed is all we got."
