Our stay was amazing. The resort is quiet and the pool was beautiful. Room was clean and nice and the AC worked great. Cold water dispenser in the room with water that was safe to drink was a big bonus. The thatched roofs added a really nice experience, but the best part by far was the service. I feel like Kenyan hospitality is great already but they took it a step above at Kinondo Poa resort. Our server in the restaurant was Justice and he was so cheerful and friendly. He gave us excellent service when dining and even when we weren't in the restaurant, he helped us with whatever we needed. The manager Wyclef was exceptional as well. He helped arrange taxis and motorcycle rentals ($12 USD per day) for us during our stay and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Staff really took the stay to the next level. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful place to relax. We loved how the staff made us feel so welcome and fullfilled every desire and request we came up with. I especially thank Justus for his sevice! The food was just delicious every single day and Bakari did clean the room every day and made it look really beautiful. A really great place to retreat and I wish the owners all the best for the future!

Wir waren vom 19.2. bis 26. 2. 2017 im Kinondo Poa, absolut ruhig, top sauber, jeden Tag frische Bettwäsche + Handtücher, der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt, sehr freundliches Personal, die Getränke und Speisenauswahl sehr begrenzt, was natürlich auch an der geringen Belegung liegt, bei unseren Aufenthalt waren wir max. 6 Gäste. Der sehr nahe Strand( keine 100m.) ist toll zum Laufen und praktisch Beachboys frei. Baden im Meer ist auf Grund der Gezeiten nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich, Bei Ebbe gelangt man über 2 Betonstege ins herrlich warme Meer, wir empfehlen den südlichen, da dort gleich praktisch Seeigelfreier herrlicher Sand ist. Zum Schnorcheln jedoch den nördlichen und dann mit der Strömung am südlichen wieder raus, zu sehen Red Feuer-Wimpel-und die im Ind. Ozean heimischen Fische . Wer gerne seine Ruhe hat ist da genau richtig, es sind auch Liegen am Strand.
