To enter this place is similar to entering some army barracks. They will check your vehicle, ask you questions and ask all your personal details and write it down in a book-probably for future reference! You feel your privacy has been interfered with. Do not visit if you want your visit to be discreet for any reason. Services offered include accomodation and a swimming pool. There is a decent restaurant where you have a good menu. But the prices exceed those of most city restaurants of the same level, for less food. My food was served 20 minutes past the promised 45 minutes and it wasn't hot! Location, just off the Sagana-Makutano highway, very convenient. The reception is also above average while the food, ooh, great taste. You should try their grilled chicken because it's finger licking. The food is on order basis and the wait time depends on what you have ordered. The chef is however prompt to make the orders. The environment is very serine with some natural forest tress within and birds voices all over the place. The swimming pool is also massive ready to accommodate any number and it's very clean also. The conference facility is also very good and offers that meeting environment. The waiter service could be improved though. It would be a great place for hang-out though not with the children as they currently don't have the kids corner. I...

The resort has all the services that are required by the service seekers, but the staff are really annoying. Startling from the management, up to the lower level employees. They're rude and more slower. Not according to the SOP of the hotel but i think the issue is being assimilated from top management level down to the workers. It's too bad for one to find himself or herself in the situation where no one is ready to solve your burning problem when there is workers plus the management. I will ask one to rethink before...
