This ranch/conservancy is a hidden gem, just incredible in all ways. One get really close to the wildlife, you can sit the whole day at camp busy watching scores of animals sharing a very popular waterhole which is 50-100 meters away from where you sit. Sitting there is like you make a special bond with the animals. You look at them and they look at you. The camp has been working to encourage and enrich the local conservancy environment in order to sustain and grow animal welfare, and we can advise they have definitely done a superb job.||The camp standard is extreemely high in every way, especially clean, very top european standard, mixed with Kenyan style. The tent(cottage) we stayed in were luxurious. Waking up to morning silence and a spectakular landscape view. |One morning a young giraffe (named Dimitri) walked confidently outside our cottage door headed to eat breakfast at his favourite tree. The camp has a resident cheeta under care, which people can see.||Food was excellent, hospitality superb, staff bent over backwards, for us. We had 3 very well planned safaries per day, saw the big five along with several very scarce animals (striped Hyena+Leopard). The local guides were world class, very knowledgable, safe, and always full of energy. All the staff is very well taken care of,|many staff members have worked there for years, the camp have been owned by a norwegian family for the past 20+ years, and they administer the conservancy on a self sustaining basis with a non profit profile.| |We flew into Nairobi (Jomo) and had a chartered plane from the terminal straight into the camp (50 min flight). The camp has its own runway (6000ft+), which is also used by lions and buffalos. We were met at the strip by staff who drove us 3 min to the camp. The camp is known to be frequented by very special guests who need extra privacy, and anonymity for one reason or another. Some even rent the whole place to be alone with the animals and the staff. Being there was an honour, and well worth it . ||Must give this place our very highest recommendations, and it is a place where everyone (children too) will return home with incredible lifetime memories.||A Big Thank You...
Read moreA beautiful and exclusive island in the middle of Laikipia. Great tented cottages and comprehensive services including an in house cheetah and masseuse, not the same entity! Great game including the big ones, an amazing waterhole arrangement with constant occupation by beautiful wildlife. The camp has exclusive access to over 40,000 diverse acres and access to an adjacent valley with another 50,000 acres. The pricing is unique and results in lower pp rates as you add people. The service is truly outstanding; the team operates together like a Swiss watch. We are veteran Kenya visitors and this is about the best run camp I have seen. Food outstanding. The manager says treat the camp as if you own it; you do since it is an exclusive...
Read moreAmazing stay at Enasoit! The camp is spectacular and the food is truly some of the best food I’ve eaten in a long time. They catered so well to gluten free and vegan requests. Having wildlife come right up to the waterhole whilst sitting there is incredible. We had wonderful wildlife sightings with great guides. The pool house is also a very special treat as are the massages. Thank you to Karie, Peter and all their wonderful staff for a truly special stay. Can’t wait...
