We had a wonderful time at Lewaso Eco Cottages in Laikipia, Kenya! We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. The whole team was incredibly kind and accommodating, and the food was simple but extremely tasty. The bandas (huts) are beautiful, very clean and the beds were super comfortable.
The atmosphere was particularly nice, making us feel like at home with friends. Paul, the owner, looked after us personally and we had a great time with him. The highlight was an evening game drive with him, which was a nice change from the previous tours (which were also incredible).
For nature photographers the place is a real gem - the lodge is very remote, far away from mass tourism, and is located in a beautiful landscape - the wildlife living there offered us great photo motifs.
A real paradise for anyone looking for seclusion, nature and great photo opportunities. We would love to come back!

The place is still being completed, but the location as one of the few tourist quality destinations in the Ewaso area, with extremely friendly and accommodating owner and staff to make sure you get what you want out of it make it perfect. Quiet, can do game walks in the conservancy with great local knowledge.. and saw the famous black leopard, Giza, in a nearby conservancy (extra fee)....
