No sign boards along the road for motorists esp first timers to know the entrance of the resort from the A2 Road. Google maps were no help as it directed us to a longer route where we had to turn back and ask for directions. I believe for such a resort, they can do better to let visitors know the correct entrance. Not sure if what I and my family experienced at the resort was because it was a festive season, however, the service attendant Brian had great customer service and he was quick to attend to us. The only issue was that the Menu were very few and guys had to wait for one table to finish ordering so as to get access of the menu. However, the food, drinks and tea is quick great and worth every penny. It's also a beautiful place to relax and take nice pictures for memory purposes. The swimming pool is quit clean as well. The prices are customer friendly. I enjoyed my visit at the resort. Definitely coming back...
Read moreBeen going to Lusoi for a few years now but this might be the last time. We went as a family and were quite disappointed with the service. The food was poorly made(they promised chicken bahati but didn't deliver that at all. Some of the fries in that food had even gone bad). To make matters even worse, they tried to overcharge us on every single item till we had to bring it up with the manager.

Fidelis (Front Office) went over and above to make sure our stay was a good one and requests were met.
Mike (F&B service) was friendly and followed up promptly to ensure we were comfortable.
Inside the resort is beautiful, calm and peaceful. We stayed in tents but had issues with hot water.
It is extremely cold early morning and night time so carry warm clothing or layers.
