Theres a tv in the room not connected no remote nothing. There is wifi but it is so weak it is useless. The rooms fine finishes are useless the bedside lamps do not work, there is no rug to dry your feet. In the shower there was no soap, no towels, no face towels nothing! The soap dispenser for washing your hands was empty. The biggest one was that there was no curtain separating bathroom and bedroom meaning not an ounce of privacy. The most disappointing of all was the shower. They have installed a very complex system which did not work well. I turned it on and had set my preferred temperature at 45 it went to 45 past that read an over heating error dropped back to 26. And did not heat again even after turning off and on. Bogus hotel to tell the least. I wish there was a 0 star button. So much to write on. I spent in this hotel on July 19 2022 room 213. At ksh 2,500/- (28usd) ( no WiFi, no soap, half sandal, damaged bed lights, no meals and no one to talk to. Moved to hotel down and only tea was available for supper. Nowhere in room to place personal effects nor write. Blocked toilet in room. Mosquito net with fresh blood of bed bugs and strong bedbug spray smelling so bad. In the morning, the lady at the reception arrogantly told me to use soap at the dispenser. Soap for washing hands. I asked who I can talk to and was told no one. I called the phone numbers on the receipt and all not working. I had to go buy bar soap in supermarket downstairs. Worst hotel in my entire...
