Masinga Sky Lounge — Hotel in Masinga Central ward

We arrived around 8 pm, a family of four. The receptionist did her job, showed us different rooms, and we picked one to our liking. We went ahead and ordered food, which was ready in the shortest time possible. At the time, my daughter was finishing up a small soda she had in her lagguage. The waiter came and his words were, ' we don't allow drinks and food from outside ' we didn't hesitate, and he continued saying, the boss is a no nonsense, he can even refund us our money. We felt that was too harsh, and harassed since he hadn't objected. Just before we finished our meal, the waiter was back again, that was around 9: 15, and he told us they are almost releasing their dogs to guard, we should be in our rooms. The next day was no better, we regretted why we even stayed another day, wasting our money on a place with people that make you feel unwanted and so little. I must say, I feel foolish, since before coming this 7 km off road, I read about bad customer experiences from this platform, and still, foolish me took my family through this horrible experience. They made me hate holidaying anywhere. Damn! Such horrible...

Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations set by the price and reputation of your establishment.||Upon arrival, we were given a room that was not only substandard but also far from what was advertised. To our dismay, we found frogs in the bathrooms, which was quite unsettling. Furthermore, we were ultimately provided rooms that were clearly staff rooms, which is totally unacceptable for guests who have paid for a quality stay.||I believe that the quality of accommodation should align with the rates they charged us, and this experience did not reflect that standard. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and charge different rates for the rooms that you advertise with different rates for the rooms that are similar to...

Very Nice place.. ambience is great but short on service sometimes... Its in a nice isolated area and very good for a hide away Weekend.. that said the service was very telling during the festive season.. rooms missing toiletries and towels till demanded for.. service was very slow and tea could take almost 45minutes...
