Good hotel by the standards of a small town in Western Kenya I've spent time here since the hotel was first built from the early 90s I have fond memories of the early days. The food and service are excellent The rooms are OK but poorly designed. Maybe there was no proper architectural design done or followed.. The shower room and toilet were both not lockable. And the toilet had no water facility for washing hands nor for Asian users.. The worst part of the hotel is the all night long church noise from the adjacent plot...one cannot sleep with that din!!! This was terrible!!! The pool was a welcome entertainment but again the operators played loud music for all and sundry from the poolside!! Thus there is no quiet spot to enjoy some peace.
