Grand Winston Hotel — Hotel in Menengai West ward

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel on 8th/oct/2025. Despite the check-out time clearly being at 10am, the stewards came ringing the bell on our door at 9am in the morning insisting they needed to clean the room. This was extremely unprofessional and disruptive — we were woken up and rushed unnecessarily.

Guests deserve privacy and peace until the official check-out time. Management really needs to train their staff better on customer courtesy and respect for guests’ time. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing or...

Location is great, next to the highway. Parking is great, Reception welcome was good, easy check in process.

However, catering/ food is greatly wanting- from waiting time, waiters service, all underwhelming, ultimate low was freshness of some bulk-ordered refrigerated meats eg beef and lamb was the biggest dissatisfaction. Compensation is "milk in case of indigestion"..
