The place to stay in Nakuru. The host was superhelpful, correct. She was super fair with us, recommending and suporting us traveling locally. Despite being a guest house, the behave and the way of doing, generally speaking, is more a like a good hotel. The shower was ok and the room was huge, and the bed was a super confortable Kingsize. The place itself is gorgeous, we enjoyed incredible breakfasts there. Is not located in the city but you can reach with a Matatu that costs 30 KEH per person or a Vassili taxi (recommended app for the taxi) per 150 KEH. The beer was slightly pricy, ;^) but an excellent price for the service and the value received. OUTSTANDING.

Great budget hotel with a beautiful garden, good restaurant and friendly staff. The owner showed great hospitality. She even drove us to the Matatu (minibus) station and directed us to a reputable and more comfortable bus company. The restaurant offer great meals, including vegetarian options for reasonable prices (about 600 Ksh including drinks). The staff there is very friendly and attentive. We check-in late (past 10pm) and were very happy to see that the chiefs were waiting for us (we had given our arrival time when booking). The rooms are simple yet spacious and comfortable with good quality beds and ensuite bathroom (with quite too hot showers). Also very clean. I recommend the rooms with garden view. My husband and I spent two days in this place. They offer not only accommodation but also a Restaurant and Bar with very affordable prices and on top organise safari tours and more. We had our breakfast and dinner there which was the closest I had come to homecooked food in Kenya. Tasten very good and without unnecessary Spices. All staff including the kitchen bar and Reception war really attentive to our needs. There was always a Personal touch that made us feel valued as guests.
