Jungle Green Resort — Hotel in Meru County

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, but I had a very poor experience with the service😏. After ordering a meal, I was told I had been served more than I requested and was asked to pay extra. When I refused, staff took a portion of my leftovers, which I had asked to be packed, and returned it to the kitchen to possibly serve to other customers😮‍💨. What happened to this place? I used to come ages ago, and I don't recall the experience being so underwhelming in terms of service. We waited for our order, including drinks, for more than two hours.
