Mandharini Kilifi — Hotel in Mnarani ward

General||- Invest in a generator or backup power. The nationwide blackout almost ruined the climax of the stay.||- Villas need to be sufficiently stocked. At minimum, they should inform guests what to carry before they pay the deposit / arrive. An on-site shop would be a great plus especially for the basics needed for a stay e.g. insecticide, toiletries, matches etc.||- Some or better directional signage on the property e.g. this way for Villas 20-26, Restaurant This Way etc. ||- Plant more trees :)||||Restaurant||- They need to include a breakfast menu.||||Staff||- Very friendly and top on cleanliness. The chef did a fantastic job. ||- On site customer care needs improvement though. No response to malfunctioning air conditioning in one of the villas was lacking. We were forced to sleep with no cooling for the entire stay.||||Airport Transfer||- Great coordination to and fro.||||We would definitely consider going back but a little...

My family and I vacationed at Mandharini Villas between Friday, 29 March 2024 and Monday, 01 April 2024 over the Easter Holiday. The villas are absolutely gorgeous and tastefully done with its own private and clean swimming pool. We got the services of a private chef Stanley who was superb as well. What stood out the most for me was the kind and hospitable service that was provided by Anthony and team right from our reservation inquiry to the final booking and including our stay. One of our daughters happened to get an injury whilst there, and I love the way Rosemary, Anthony and another gentleman showed up and actually gave her first aid. Really kind of them and left a delightful experience. All the staff in the sprawling compound were exceptional- from the pool cleaner, to the house cleaner and security staff.
