GENERIS HOTEL MOLO — Hotel in Molo ward

We had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. From the start, the service was abysmal. The waiter took an unreasonably long time to come and take our order, and the food itself took ages to arrive.

Even worse, the breakfast was a disaster. The chapatis and tea were served cold, which is unacceptable. One of my friends ordered a smokie but never received it, even after waiting until we ran out of time. Others were served tea while waiting for accompaniments that never arrived, and the tea ended up cold.

Another friend ordered lemon tea, which smelled like smoke and lacked any hint of lemon. The waiters were poorly dressed, lacked basic customer service skills, and made no effort to improve the situation.

Not worth your money. Only sleep there if you have no other options. We had the worst disappointment 😞 there. From the start, staffs were not welcoming, slow service in the restaurant. It took almost 1 hour to get our dinner food ready. We booked a twin room and to our surprise the door to the toilet had no door lol ( we couldn't pop or pee the whole night. I asked the front desk staff about it and if we can change the room, he said nothing he can do. The toilet itself was dirty with no sitting ring, looks like ancient toilet. It was pathetic!
