The buildings, general infrastructure and ambience is great. The effort to impress with the ambience is fruitful. The restaurant sitting area has a very good view of the vasr plains and hills of lower eastern Kenya. The reception and attendants are welcoming. While the waiters make visible effort to impress, they could use more training or exchange program to learn to deal better with possibly sophisticated customers. Its a beautiful place, the pool is safe since not very deep. The resident lifesaver looked a bit intoxicated and so the shallow pool was a relief. The food came out very fast, the prices were 'festivalish' as the traffic to the location was higher than ordinary. The parking is sufficient and well planned.
