Monalisa Hotel Thika — Hotel in Murang'a County

During my recent visit at Monalisa hotel, I had mixed feelings about my experience at their restaurant. While the food was delicious and sweet, the waitress serving us had an attitude problem. Despite her behavior, we decided to order our meals, and we were pleasantly surprised by how tasty they were. The chef did an excellent job, and every bite was a delight. However, our experience was dampened by the waitress's lack of hospitality and warmth. In conclusion, I would recommend Monalisa Hotel for its excellent food, but the service could use some improvement. It's essential to have friendly and attentive staff to make the overall dining experience enjoyable. I will live to hate this hotel. We were booked in in a room and we were assured that the shower would get hot after running it for five minutes. 10 minutes later the shower was still cold and to make matters worse the shower went dry.
