Threats and being defensive will not make me stop from pointing out a dissatisfaction. Point of correction am not employed I do my own staff,secondly you need to look at your hotel inside out before you come here defending yourself and playing a victim, let me ask you? Apart from not having an ETR do you even have an official reciept with a letter head?why would your receptionist tell me that the machine is charging and on your side you say that you are processing it with kra? Mara accountant ako bank shes coming to process,Train your employees to be honest and truthful, I have recordings of my conversation with them anyway. I can poke more holes since I spent a night there. Learn to know how to handle your customers..its a pity if a hotel owner talks to customers directly ,what happened to delegation of duties, the last time I checked you had a manager who doubles as a chef..stop playing victim and sweep your house mr hotel owner..nowonder the hotel had no single guest..improve on...

I was in need of accommodation in a serene property, with uninterruptible wifi and hot shower for a week.||Kentania Hotels popped up in my FB search and i settled on the choice, which turned out to be an awesome one.||Being new, it is pristine, very clean and almost everything is in mint condition.||I loved the service and ambiance, they have great staff and are also quite helpful. And i must add very honest, they kept my iphone for me, and actually parceled it to me in Naivasha. The bar and restaurant plus cool music more than added to my relaxation.||I give it a thumbs up, and assure all that it remains my favorite spot anytime i visit Lanet in Nakuru.||Kudos to the Owner Wallace, he seemed quite knowledgeable in matters Hospitality industry, with awesome ideas.||I do look forward to my next visit in...
