Desmond, William juma and Alice made it memorable. Their hospitality is genuine and they have a passion for Jaqanaz to prosper. The chef made the best burger 🍔 I have had in quite sometime and was able to adjust toppings to fit my preference. My only add would be service team.needs more training especially as we gear to festive season. They need to understand what is being offered, what is available at all times to avoid ordering and then having to change because of item unavailability. I would recommend spending more than 1 night to enjoy more of the activities. I'll be back soon.

Jaqanaz Resort is a beautiful place to stay if traveling around Mt. Kenya region. Rooms are well laid out and the Cottages have a neat contemporary design. Food and beverage service is a bit slow though which requires a bit of patience. There was quite a bit of bugs in the Cottages probably because of the rainy season most of which ended up in the room attracted to the lights.

Jaqanaz Resort in Naromoru is an amazing escape. It's really cool, amazing reception with three amazing wall clocks showing time in different Timezones, probably a good way to help visitors from those countries feel at ease, at home and happy. The furniture are amazing. There's also an amazing pool and kids' play area nearby. I'm sure you'd love being there

I would to thank the Jaqanaz fraternity for making my stay memorable during the Valentine season from 12th-15th Feb 2025.The food was fresh and sumptuous starting from Breakfast up to dinner.The room very clean 👌 and cosy plus hot shower.Not forgetting the GM.Mr Ephantus Musili who was warm and attended to my requests with immediate effect.Last but not least the list of memorable staff: Ferister & Milly front Office.Zaid Housekeeping.Arnold and Juma were very polite.Amina,Titus and Nelson F&B.Shaline the Gym attendant was amazing and helpful👏.Valentine and Hazel were😊👍 Bravo!!! I am humbled for the excellent service delivery I received here. I would highly recommend anyone to this resort. JAQANAZ RESORT IS HOME AWQY...

I stayed at Jaqanaz Resort two days ago and had a truly enjoyable experience. The food was fresh, delicious, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.||I’m especially excited to return now that they’re heating the pool,it’ll be a great addition to an already relaxing environment.
