This place is exactly what i have been looking for in hotel rooms - space space space. Spacious room does not even properly describe this place because the space here is amazing with a back view of Mara River. The services offered though is nothing to write home about. The sink was blocked and leaking , requested for some glasses, water, cups on check in but were brought one hour later after several follow ups. Dinner was okay , breakfast was nothing really . The biggest disappointment was the shower , no hot water, even the cold water was flowing in drops - literally left without taking a shower . Half of the mosquito net was off the rail luckily didn't see any mosquitoes in the room . The place is still under renovations so not much of scenery outside . I checked in at the hotel on 17th Jan at 740 pm. |After a long trip we needed a shower |Tabs were all dry as well as the toilet. |Made a trip to the reception and informed the lady on the counter. She informed us that it shall be fixed.. after an hour went back. Nothing! After another hour, went back to reception.
